If you're kids like trains - check out the Sacramento RiverTrain Great Train Robbery on Sept 21. Its a 3 and 1/2 hour ride that includes a BBQ lunch and some old west action. Definitely worth checking out.
'After Juliet' at Sacramento City College opens this weekend and runs through October 13. Its an interesting play that takes place after Romeo and Juliet have died. If you're the type of person who always wonders what happens after the store ends, like me, this is just up your alley.
If you haven't heard or tried Ruhstaller Beer - I totally recommend it. Its delish! And now you can spend your "Sundays on the Farm" and head out to the Ruhstaller Farm. If you are reading this before 1pm you can go today (Sept 15) or plan ahead for the next two Sundays (Sept. 22 and 29) and check it out. Its dog and family friendly - so I'm hoping we can go one of these Sundays.
Question for all the Sacramento area mommas - have you heard of - or tried Zumbini at Planet Gymnastics? They have a class on Thursdays for babies 0-3 and I am wondering what its like, if Lucille's too young, and if it would be something my mom could take her to? It sounds fun - but its a little expensive! I wish they had a trial class option... Anyways any insight would be great.
