Homemade Granola

I struggle with breakfast. I know it's good for you to start your day with something healthy in your belly - but unless someone is making me a breakfast burrito or something savory with meat and preferably a little spicy, I'm just not that interested. But, in an effort to start my day off right -  I'm really trying to find something lighter I can have for breakfast. I've always liked the "idea" of granola and yogurt and fruit. But I've struggled to find a granola I really liked. Then I decided to try and make my own.  Man, this was a game changer. It was SO much better than store bought. AND not that hard. I just store it in a one of those cereal containers. You can do so much to change this up too. Add dried cherries, switch the type of nuts, switch the type of nut butter. Make it your own. Here is my pretty simple recipe for you to try. Simple Homemade Granola Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or whatever nut you have on hand) 2 tea
