Meal Planning Monday: 5/17

Another week of meal planning! I must say this has totally made me cut back on my last minute DoorDash routine, and I'm here for it. I love being in the kitchen but it's 100% better if its planned out.

So here is what I am thinking for this week. On Tuesday I'll make a lot of rice so that we can already have it ready for the rice balls on Wednesday. Also, we will grill extra salmon for bagels in the morning.

Monday: Pizza 

Tuesday: Build your own burrito (beans, meat, rice, veggies...) 

Wednesday: Grilled Salmon and Greek Spinach Rice Balls (from Moosewood's Low Fat Favorites)

Thursday: One dish Chicken Tamales

Friday: Cassoulet (adapted from Moosewood's Low Fat Favorites)

Saturday: Ordering Souvlaki to go from our Greek Church's Food Festival to go program. YUM.

Sunday: BBQ night (with homemade sweet potato fries)
