Walk it off...

 I have been trying to get some exercise on a regular basis lately. My mom, who retired this year, inspired me since she is trying to get some form of exercise in every day. Seems simple enough - but coming home from work I can be so tired I just want to eat dinner and relax.

So I've been trying the mornings. I've got a few down -- and a lot more to go. Anyways, I stumbled upon this helpful Web site that I thought some of my more "active" friends and readers might enjoy. Found via Vital Juice : the route tracking site, WalkJogRun.

The thing that I really like about this site is that you can see how long a route is - and figure out how many calories you're burning. And you can keep all your routes private or share with others. You can even create groups to share routes with if you have some friends or a running group already.

Anyway - hope this keeps me inspired to stay active. I just don't know what I'm going to do when it starts raining!
