Here is my (short-week) plan:
Monday: red lentils with spinach and sausage (with Naan)
Tuesday: grilled chicken & spinach salad
Wednesday: pesto Gorgonzola gnocchi
Thursday: pizza
Friday: eat out (visitors arrive!)
Saturday: visitors
Sunday: visitors & my birthday!
Easy peasy. Lets just hope I stick to it! More menu plans at org junkie, of course.
