ast week ended up getting a little scrambled - but it worked out so I still did everything I planned really the nights just got shifted around. I'm going to try for a little less oven cooking this week. It's finally starting to get hot here in Sacramento and the oven from the pizza was almost too much to bare. So here is this week:
Monday: Out of Town
Tuesday: Indian Food from Trader Joes
Wednesday: Turkey Burgers on the Grill
Thursday: Quesadillas
Friday: Greek Pasta Salad
Saturday: Blue Cheese Walnut and Pear Sandwich
Sunday: Party!
