Rotisserie Chicken Obsession

My dad and I are both currently obsessed with using rotisserie chicken's in recipes. It makes things sooo easy. I was really excited when the Raley's Something Extra Try-it was offering deals on rotisserie chicken and encouraging people to use them in recipes! So I signed up for my coupon and have been sharing the goodness as best I can.

One of my favorite recipes is this One-Dish Chicken Tamale recipe from Family Circle. Its easy and super yummy. This Chicken Posole Verde was another easy one. Another soup you could add chicken to is this White Bean Pesto Soup. One more great soup we used rotisserie chicken in is this Chicken Pot Pie Soup.

We tried the Creamy Caesar Chicken Pasta Bake earlier this week and it was a hit. I would love to try these Chicken and Gruyere Turnovers too.

The point is, rotisserie chicken sure makes some recipes a whole lot easier. Any chicken recipes you like that you use rotisserie chicken in?
