Friday Favorites: Football, Books, Travel and more 1/21

January is moving along at a snails pace. Or is it just me? The only good thing about that is I think I'm actually accomplishing more. I've been sticking to my plan for 2022, no matter what it has thrown at me, and it feels good. Really good.

This week the kids were back in school for the full week and back to soccer practice. Returning to a routine always fills me with a sense of accomplishment.

Anyways, we are at another Friday and another bunch of links to my favorite things from this week.

Grove Collaborative (above) is taking the place of my Amazon Subscribe and Save. (One step closer to canceling my Amazon Prime subscription) This works towards my "less of Amazon" resolution for 2022. If you want to give it a try, use my link and get some cool freebies with your first order.

Plan to keep the Super Bowl interesting for those who don't actually care.

Map of the most famous books set in every state.

The hidden gift of a travel disaster

Need a new show to watch - consider the Mockumentary 'Abbott Elementary'

In memory of Andre Leon Talley.

I posted our family COVID story earlier today if you haven't read it yet.

Happy Friday, friends. Hope you have a great weekend.

{I’m probably linking this post up at one of the awesome link parties that are hosted by some amazing blogs. Check them out!}

  1. I'm interested to hear what you think of Grove! We can't get it in Korea right now, but I'd love to check it out when we're finally able to move back to the states!

    1. I'm loving it so far! But it's just been the first month. I'm sure I'll write more about it in the future.
