We are really working on getting our routine down. The drop-offs for the kids put us on a tight schedule in the morning. Planning and routines have become essential. It is SO much easier when I have dinner's planned. And EVEN easier when I have most of the shopping done on Monday (which I haven't been doing. I'm gonna work on that this week.
Last week I LOVED these salmon cakes.
Ok, here are the details of what we will be eating this week:
Monday: Giants Game with my dad
Tuesday: Baked Potato Bar (I'll use riced Cauliflower)
Wednesday: Soccer Board Night for me!
Thursday: 10-minute Sausage Skillet with Cherry Tomatoes and Broccolini
Friday: Pizza Night (after soccer games!)
Saturday: Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken
Sunday: Crockpot Apple Bacon Pork Roast
