Menu Plan Monday ~ March 5

I can't believe it's already the 3rd month of the year. It is flying by, as usual. And it's Daylight Savings Time... meaning we spring forward an hour early Sunday morning. Don't forget and be late to something. We had a fun weekend exploring Chico with the kids and visiting friends.

Of course, it put me a little behind in my meal planning. Trying to find more things that I can make for everyone (instead of making something different for kids.)

So, here is my plan for this week:

Monday: Baked Potato Bar (build them yourself!)
Tuesday: Taco Tuesday!
Wednesday: Work dinner 
Thursday: Macaroni Minestrone Soup with cornbread
Saturday: Buffalo Chicken Salad
Sunday: Garlic Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon with lentils instead of broccoli
