Menu Planning - is back!

In a few days - I will have a 1-year old AND a 2-year old. I can't believe Gus is going to be one. I'm really not sure where the last year went. But I can say we have been having fun.

I am going to try to get back in the habit of posting my meal plans on here. I've still been planning - just not sharing. Here are my thoughts for this week.

Monday: Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Rice Bake

Tuesday: Grilled Corn Salad and Sausage

Wednesday: Gus' birthday!

Thursday: Last Twilight Thursday at the Zoo

Friday: taquito salad

Saturday: may or may not be out of town

Sunday: in LA

Ok, yay! I did it. I guess I only had to plan three meals... so it was pretty easy. If we are home on Saturday we'll probably have pizza. Easy peasy.
