This Summer has really been about exploring. I have tried to come up with great, local trips for us all to enjoy and explore all that Northern California has to offer. During out last trip to Santa Cruz - I heard mention about the Gilroy Gardens Family Theme Park - but we didn't have time to visit. It's on my list for this summer though.
So what is Gilroy Gardens? It's a horticulture-themed amusement park - with rides, attractions, gardens and the world famous Circus Trees. Roller coasters, carousels, a butterfly garden, paddleboat and simulated hot-air ballon ride. Um. Sounds fun to me!
