MPM: Week of Oct 27

I can't believe its Halloween week. My daughter is 18 months old and my baby boy will be 3 months this week. Time is flying. Last week we had some great recipes - including the eggplant rounds - which I am hoping to do a separate post on this week - so stay tuned. We didn't do the salmon - so its relisted this week.

Here is the plan:

Monday: freezer meal

Tuesday: sweet and spicy sriracha baked salmon

Wednesday: chicken zucchini casserole

Thursday: Boo at the Zoo

Friday: Halloween party {we're bringing appetizers} 

Saturday: baked potato soup {slow cooker}

Sunday: with family
