As of Sunday evening (when I am writing this) we are still waiting for the arrival of baby boy Martin. I managed to catch up on my money management and since we've been enjoying our week and a half staycation ... we've been spending a bit more on food than I like. So, I'm going to do a meal plan for next week. It's going to be simple, because I don't know how far we'll get before baby boy arrives and then the hubby has to take over.
Here is what I am thinking:

Monday:
Taquito Salad
Tuesday:
Black Bean Asian Tostadas
Wednesday: Oven Baked Ravioli
Thursday:
Chicken Parmesan Casserole (make double and freeze)
Friday:
Baked Ziti (double and freeze)
Saturday: Dinner with family
Sunday: Dinner with family
Ok that's a plan for 5 days. I assume we'll eat with my parents at least 2 days this week on the days I really don't feel like cooking.
I'm hoping baby boy makes his appearance and messes this plan up!
