If you're into the whole wine and chocolate thing (and I'm not really sure who isn't) then head on over to The Old Sugar Mill in Clarksburg for their Port & Chocolate Lovers' Weekend. Tickets are very reasonably priced $20 a person (if you get a group of 10 or more - you can get the price down to $15.) You can even buy tickets at the door for $25 if you decide last minute to head this way.
On actual Valentine's Day - you could head on over to Revolution Wines for their Prix-Fixe Dinner with wine pairings. The appetizer and the dessert sound amazing! $65 a person (or $55 if you are a member.)
Also on the actual Valentine's Day - one of Sacramento's newest wine spots Downtown & Vine will be featuring some bubbles from Iron Horse Vineyards for the occasion.
