Around Town: Week of June 17!

First of all - Happy Father's Day to my dad (pictured) and all the dads out there. Hope you had a great weekend. (We're at Dillon Beach for the occasion!) If you didn't do something special with your dad today -- there is still time to drive up to Lava Cap Winery a take a Father's Day tour (one at 11:30am and one at 2pm) and drink some wine!

Thursday 'til 9 at the Crocker Art Museum is Jazz in the Courtyard featuring The Shotgun Wedding Quintet. Sounds fun! If you are a member tickets are only $6.

Next Saturday is the 10th Annual Sacramento Chef Challenge - and tickets have dropped in price (by 1/2) this year.

Carvalho Family Winery is doing a Shakespeare on the Vine event a few weekends through out the Summer - and the remaining days are June 22 and 24 and July 6 and 8. The $25 pre-pay special gets you dinner and the show!
