e took a lovely mini vacation last week up to Sierra City... so menu planning never happened. But here I am - back on track.

Tuesday: Chickpea Veggie Tacos got the idea here but I think I'm going to add some things
Wednesday: BBQ night... whatever is on sale
Thursday: Apple, Walnut, Gorgonzola Pizza
Friday: Out for a show
Saturday: Family in town
Sunday: Apricot-Balsamic Chicken
