30 Habits...


At Freestyle Mind I found this post of 30 Habits that Will Change Your Life. I would love to try and adopt at least some of these habits, so I thought if I post about it - maybe it will help me try.

The ones I am going to concentrate on first:

Drink one glass of water when you wake up.

Take the stairs.

Think positively.

Make fast decisions.
